Delegates are expected to arrive at the conference venue on the 18 of November by 17:30. A coach will take participants from Kigali to the conference centre and return to Kigali after lunch on the 22nd. Overseas delegates are encouraged to arrive in Kigali airport or bus station on the 18th before 16.00. Please inform the secretariat
about your travel arrangements.
The conference will be in both English and French.
